  • Attend all scheduled group coaching sessions and workshops unless unavoidable circumstances arise. Notify the program facilitators in advance if attendance is not possible.
  • Actively participate in community discussions by contributing insights, asking questions, and supporting fellow participants.
  • If you are unable to attend a weekly Empowered2Scale masterclass, ensure you watch the recording to stay aligned with the program's progress.

2. Accountability and Progress

  • Take responsibility for implementing the strategies, lessons, and tools provided throughout the program.
  • Regularly update your progress, share wins, and seek support for challenges to maintain forward momentum.
  • Be proactive in overcoming obstacles and consistently strive for measurable progress.

3. Respect for Intellectual Property

  • Bullying, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts the positive environment of the program will not be tolerated and may result in removal without a refund.
